Our Work Includes

- Discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you.
- Giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria.
- If you do not fulfil certain criteria, whether this can be overcome and how, which on average takes 1 hours.
- Considering the supporting evidence you have provided, which we anticipate will take 1-2 to hours.
- Where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses.
- Preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf, which we anticipate will take 2 to 3 hours.
- Giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take.

- Attendance at a Home Office interview: if the Home Office ask you to attend an interview, we will give you clear advice (and discuss the possibility of us attending with you) at the appropriate time. This could be between 1 and 2 hours of work

The amount of hours depends on the number of documents, whether they need to be translated, whether anything is missing and how long it will take to obtain the missing documents Disbursements (not included in costs set out above).

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process. These may include, but are not limited:

- Home Office fees for making the application. You will pay this to the Home Office directly as part of the application process.
- Immigration Health Surcharge fees.
- Independent expert reports e.g. medical experts.
- If there is an interview and we do attend with you, there will be additional disbursements in respect of our mileage/travel expenses.

The costs quoted here do not include:

- Any Home Office fees for making the application.
- Where the Home Office refuse your application, advice and assistance in relation to any appeal
- Uploading documents to the Home office website
- First Track Services Charges

How long will my application take?

- We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Please Read the current processing times.
- We will normally be able to submit this type of application within 2 weeks of you instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.
- Please note the anticipated number of hours and fees are an estimate based on the facts above.
- All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.

Immigration Fixed fees Scale

(excluding Asylum application)

1. In country Leave to remain applications under immigration rules:

On average, this type of work takes between 3 to 6 hours to complete. This means that on average costs are between £650 and £1300 excluding disbursement. Service covers face to face instructions, application preparation and submits to the Home Office. Additional cost may attract subject to change of instructions and procedures. Uploading any documents to the Home Office website would cost you additional £100-150.00.

Agreed fee will not cover any disbursements to be incurred by us on your behalf e.g. Home Office fees; NHS fees; translation of documents etc.

2. In country Settlement and other Long Residency Application:

On average, this type of work takes between 3 to 6 hours to complete. This means that on average costs are between £650 and £1300 excluding disbursement. Service covers face to face instructions, remote instructions, application preparation and submits to the Home Office. Additional cost may attract if there are change of instructions and procedures. Uploading any documents to the Home Office website would cost you additional £100-150.00.

Agreed fee will not cover any disbursements to be incurred by us on your behalf e.g. Home Office fees; NHS fees; translation of documents etc.

3. Entry clearance application as spouse and other dependents:

On average, this type of work takes between 3 to 6 hours to complete. This means that on average costs are between £650 and £1300. excluding disbursement. Service covers face to face instructions, remote instructions, application preparation and submits to the Home Office. Additional cost may attract if there are change of instructions and procedures.
Each dependant will cost additional £150-200 depends on how many dependant are included.
Uploading any documents to the Home Office website would cost you additional £100-150.00.
Agreed fee will not cover any disbursements to be incurred by us on your behalf e.g. Home Office fees; NHS fees; translation of documents etc.

4. Application for naturalisation or registration under the British Nationality Act 1981

On average, it takes 1.5 -2 hours to complete and submit the application to the Home Office. The average cost for the straight forward cases are between 250- £350 excluding disbursement. Service covers face to face instructions, remote instructions, application preparation and submits to the Home Office. Additional cost may attract if there are change of instructions and procedures.
Uploading any documents to the Home Office website would cost you additional £50-100.00
Agreed fee will not cover any disbursements to be incurred by us on your behalf e.g. Home Office fees; NHS fees; translation of documents etc.

5. All Types of Point Based System Applications
Including: Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 5, and other work visas

Our fees from £800 (No VAT) for our services in relation to entry clearance application and will cover all our work until decision by the Home Office/Entry Clearance Officer on the application. Our fees do not cover the Home Office fees and/or any disbursements to be incurred by us e.g. Entry Clearance fees; NHS fees; First Track Services Charges etc.

6. Other Applications under the Immigration Rules, including:

- Student visa between £400 to £500
- Work visas between £500 £900
- NTL application- £250
- Visit visas (for tourism, or visiting friends / family) between £300 to £600
- Dependent relative and family reunion applications between £700 to £1200

Uploading any documents to the Home Office website would cost you additional £50-100.00

7. In country Applications under the EU regulations:

Pre-settled and settled application for EU national - £150-£250 excluding disbursement. Each EEA dependant £50.00. Service covers face to face instructions, remote instructions, application preparation and submits to the Home Office.

Uploading any documents to the Home Office website would cost you additional £50-100.00
Agreed fee will not cover any disbursements to be incurred by us on your behalf e.g. Home Office fees; NHS fees; translation of documents etc.

Pre-settled and settled application for non-EU national - £250-£450. Service covers face to face instructions, remote instructions, application preparation and submits to the Home Office through portal.

Uploading any documents to the Home Office website would cost you additional £50-100.00.
Agreed fee will not cover any disbursements to be incurred by us on your behalf e.g. Home Office fees; NHS fees; translation of documents etc.

8. Immigration Appeal except Asylum:

Most of the appeal matter we deals with fixed fees basis. On average our charge is £600-£1000 excluding any disbursement, i.e; attending at the court, court fees, counsel fees, or any other cost payable to third party, etc. Our costs are related to initial conference with clients, preparation of initial bundle and submit it to the FTT. Our charge also includes preparation of the bundle for the hearing. However, charge may increase based on the nature of complexity of the each case.
Our fees do not cover the Court fees and/or any disbursements to be incurred by us e.g. HMCTS fees; Counsels fees; Expert opinion fees etc.

9. Permission to Appeal to the Upper Tribunal:

Permission to Appeal Representations: Our fee from £500 (excluding any VAT and disbursement ) for immigration services in relation to permission to Appeal to the Upper before First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal which will be filed in the Upper Tribunal. The agreed fee will cover all our work until decision by Upper Tribunal.
Agreed fee will not cover any disbursements to be incurred by us on your behalf e.g. Court fee, Barrister’s fee to draft the grounds of permission to appeal and/or to appear before the Upper Tribunal Judge at the date of Permission to Appeal hearing or substantive appeal hearing, translation of documents, Medical Reports, expert report etc.

10. Judicial review on Immigration matters:

We normally charge hourly basis. However, we may agree on fixed fee basis. We have expertise and vast experience in litigating judicial reviews cases– please contact one of our team member for an affordable and reasonable quote.

11. Asylum claim:

Our charges for any submission and further submissions are £250-£500. However, the charge will depend on your documents and instruction. The charge above will include face to face instructions and preparation of legal submission.

12. Advocacy – FEE PER HEARING (including travel time and expenses)
